After studying at Ealing School of Art and St. Martin’s, Tony began his career in advertising in various London studios, later becoming a freelance illustrator working mainly on childrens’ books.  Throughout this time he has continued with his interest in painting in watercolour and in recent years has devoted his time to this medium, frequently painting in Suffolk and Dorset.  Some paintings are completed on site while others are finished in the studio from drawings.  To date Tony has had three one-man shows and exhibited in various galleries in London and throughout the country.  He has also undertaken many private commissions.
