Barry Keene is a painter in oils. He
studied under Bill Edwards at the Berkshire College of Art in the early 1960s
and later with Brian Johnston. He has
exhibited with the Royal Society of British Artists at the Henley Festival and
his work is to be found in a number of private collections. Since 1971 he has been running his own
art gallery in Henley-on-Thames which, since 1984, has been based in a 16th
century cottage overlooking the river Thames.
Barry also works as a picture framer and restorer.
