Thomas Stuart Milner was a painter in oil and watercolour. He was also a designer and studied at the Central
School of Arts and Crafts and at Regent Street Polytechnic from 1926 – 1929. He
lived at Woodford Green, Essex in 1933 and London in 1938. In 1933 he was
elected Member of the Royal Society of British Artists and he also exhibited at
the Royal Academy, the Royal Hibernian Academy, the Royal Institute, the Royal
Scottish Academy, in the Provinces and at the Paris Salon. He is represented in
several Public Collections.
