Annie Taverner lived in London
and was elected Associate Member of the Royal Society of Women
Artists in 1909 where she exhibited some 23
works, including this watercolour in 1908.
It was exhibited there again in 1913 marked “not for sale”. She also exhibited at the Walker Art Gallery
Liverpool, the Royal Society of British Artists and the Royal Institute.
